Apple Macbook Pro 17" early 2011 VGA problem

Hi All,

I have macbook pro 17 inch early 2011 model with radeon 6750 gpu. Now I having some troubles with it as screen is in black and only boot sound come up. Do you know how to fix it?

I would not fix it, rather replace it. Hard to throw money into something this old and I don't think Apple will even touch them any more

2 months ago i had to replace the graphic chip on my mbp 17" (late 2011). there are companies out there who can do that. i live in europe and i gave the laptop to laser-reballing who are in poland. it cost me 170€ (~188$). they say on their website that they are the only one worldwide who can do that, but i don't believe that:
