Apple macbook pro retina display scratch out

I own a MacBook Pro 13 inch Retina display. All of a sudden a scratch started to appear on the screen. Is there a fix for this? Secondly would it spread out even further?

No, though a screen protector may hide the scratch, i.e., mask it from sight.

A scratch no, but if its an actual crack, then yes there's a good chance it would grow.

Odds are you'll have a very difficult time convincing them that a scratch on the display is actually due to their design or manufactoring defects. AFAIK, scratches are the result of damage caused by someone.
