iPhone 13 Pro Apple Magsafe Puck - Leave Plugged in All the Time?

Thought I'd use an Apple Magsafe puck charger with my new 13 Pro...any downside to leaving it plugged into the power supply when I am not using the charger? Is it always on? What? Thanks!

Mine has always been plugged in when not in use and I’ve never had an issue.

I glued mine to the table lol

I put mine in a STOUCHI aluminum frame. It doesn't wander, even without using the sticky pad on the bottom.
