Hello-I have the M2 MBA and am running the latest mac OS, 13.2 but for the last several months I have noticed that every single day I have new emails in my inbox that cannot be read entirely. Most of them have about ½ the content and then I cannot scroll anymore. How do I know this? Because when I read Apple Mail on my iPhone, the email message can be read in its entirely.
For example, tonight I ordered something online and the confirmation email arrived. At the very top of the email the item I ordered, image and information was missing when reading the email on my Mac. When I read the same email on my iPhone, I see the message entirely.
This happens daily and is very, very time consuming. On my Mac I should be able to read the entire email without any portion missing or cutting off prematurely. If anybody else here has experienced similar and has feedback I would appreciate that so much.
Thank you

Switch to Outlook. Please. Apple makes buggy software and Microsoft products are much more secure and stable.

Within the last two weeks I switched from Monterey to Ventura (new MBP). I noticed immediately all kinds of bugs in Apple Mail. A message from my Sent folder showed up in my Inbox. It was not a reply from the sent message--the message was tagged as Sent. I had to delete it to make it go away. Next, the Dock icon message count showed one new message while the Inbox contained no new messages. I delete messages from the Inbox and they are still there. A Smart Folder shows a count of zero while it contains unread messages. I have replied to a message but the reply does not get updated in the Inbox.

Eventually, these things resolve themselves on their own but none of these issues existed in the previous version of the OS. The current Apple Mail is challenging to use. I wish Apple would stop trying to fix things that aren't broken.

I think I was having these issues w/Monterey as well but they seem to have made their way over to Ventura. I just want to read my emails properly and to know that each time I receive a new message I immediately think: -will this open properly, can I read the entire message or what will I have to do extra in order to read the entire message?

For those who suggested Outlook-that is not the answer. I want to use Apple mail and hoping that bringing attention to the matter will get some sort of positive results

If it’s been going on since Monterey - nuke the email account completely out of Settings, and re-add it. That refreshes the entire connection between Mail app and the account.

Note this is not really “Solving” the problem, it’s just getting it out of the way. But IMO it’s the quickest solution.
