Apple Mail keeps rejecting my send/receive emails?

I've contacted my email provider and they walked me through changing a few port settings and also unchecking the "automatically detect and maintain account settings" on the advance tab and in the outgoing mail server SMTP edit server list advance tab.

However I keep getting rejected email ALL THE TIME. Its aggravating.

Please HELP!
