I am unable to receive mail on my 3 Apple Mail accounts. This morning I spent an hour on the phone to a VirginMedia techy. He took over my computer, altered all my mail settings in Apple mail e.g. pop.ntlworld.com to pop.viginmedia.com, pop accounts to imap, port to 993. After all this he told me that Apple Mail was the problem as I could get my mail on webmail. I have had these accounts for the past 10 years, 8 years on a PC and the last 2 years on a imac and never had a problem like this before. It seems to have happened since Virgin Media altered their systems. Can someone help please ?.
