I'm hoping someone might be able to shed some light on this for me.
I changed hosting companies last week and while migrating my email messages across, I have encoountered some problems.
First problem - If I copy/move email messages to the IMAP server from a local folder in apple mail, I get duplicates. If I login to my webmail there are 2 or 4 copies of the same message. The same problem is evident when I view emails on the iPhone, however the problem is not visible in mail.
Second problem - When I copy/move email messages over the the IMAP server the messages are organised in a random order rather than date order as they should be . Once again the problem is visible in webmail and on the iPhone, but not in apple mail.
This has been driving me mad for a few days now.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
