Apple Mail—recover deleted junk?

I'm might be up a creek... an errant keystroke moved an important message to the junk mailbox (apple+j), and another, ill-advised keystroke (option+apple+j) deleted this junk permanently. The dialog box even said warning, can't be undone.

Can it? Can it please?

Maybe contact your email provider to see if there's a copy still remaining on their servers. Good luck. 🙂
