Apple Mail Sent Items missing

Anyone else recently lose sent items?
Looks like all of mine are gone prior to last weekend.
Not in the MacBook, not on the iPhone, missing from iCloud.
Any suggestions?
Have a message into Apple but it’s been a few hours without response.
