I use Microsoft Mail all day at work and when I go home I use Mac Mail on my iMac. The question I have is with Outlook I can hit "From" "Subject" "Received" etc and quickly sort the mail by each one of those headers. With mac mail I have to go up and hit a drop down then find "Sort" then click on what I want it to sort by.

My question is, is there anyway to get those similar headers in the Mac mail so that I can hit them and sort through the mail quicker? If not, this is a feature that Apple should really have because it is way behind Outlook...

Yes... go to Mail prefs and check use classic view and that will give you columns at the top to do what you are after.

Whew! Thanks, that is what I have been looking for. I hated the other view. You're a life saver!!!
