Apple mail stops receiving gmail mails

It's been a couple of days my apple mail stopped receiving emails from my google mail account. I Tried almost everything I could, I can send but I cant receive them. please advice.....

What does "everything" mean? What settings are you using? What have you changed? Have you removed and re-added the account?
