My employer, for reasons unclear to me, likes former Apple employees. We are in a very different industry. Other than a Apple Pay and some other misc projects we have no real working relations with Apple.

The former Apple managers are a major bane for HR. Many complaints have resulted from their attitudes. Most of them do not last long.

I have met some of the peole mentioned on folklore.org.

I asked for a relocation to the Singapore office three years ago. I wanted some mileage between myself and the bosses. About two months ago one of the managers from California was here trying to recruit for his group. He asked me if I wanted to move back to California. I told him "not at this time". His "what you do not want to come work for me" attitude showed in his face.
