What is with the inferiority complex? When Apple adds transit data they often do it for an entire region, even though the headline just mentions the major city. For example, when transit data was added for Denver they also included Boulder, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, and many other cities in the Colorado Front Range. This meant that the majority of the population in the state now had access to transit data. Heck, even when they added New York they actually included transit data for the majority of the eastern seaboard, from Boston to Washington, DC. You didn't see people from Boulder or Newark complaining that their cities weren't specifically mentioned. I think people living in Arlington and Denton understand that the "Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex" includes them.
