Recently, my home street name in Apple Maps changed to include a “Road” at the end that shouldn’t be there. When people try using Apple Maps to navigate to my real address, they are now sent a few blocks away to an incorrect location.

I have tried to Report and Issue many times over the last few months. I’ve used the app on my iPhone, my iPad, my MacBook, my iMac, my wife’s iPhone, and my sons iPhone to Report an Issue. I also spent an hour or so on the phone with support explaining that I own the home, and can prove with the deed their map label is incorrect.

After a lot of “checking on something” they told me if I have already reported the issue that’s all that can be done. Is there anything at all I can do to get this corrected? I’m at my wits end.

Haven’t got any quality insight advice, just saying that it took me three attempts before they corrected my home address. So maybe habitually fire off an error report once a day or whatever, hopefully they’ll deal with it eventually.
