Hi All,

The option to see 3D maps and satellite view seems to have disappeared with IOS 10! Anyone know anything about this? Seems odd that apple would remove this function, and a shame as it was a favourite option of mine.

Just use two fingers on the map and slide up/down to activate 3d maps. Flyover only works if you search for a city that supports it first, then you will get an option to flyover it.

edit: satellite view is accessible if you hit the "i" button in the top right corner.

Thank you SO MUCH!

Goddamit... Why does apple have to be so smart continually...? A simple button would suffice, but no, must get some gestures in there. Though having said that (*plays around some more...*) being able to alter the angle with the swipe is pretty cool!

Anyway, thanks again!

Nothing in my area seems to be 3D still. Sigh. Years and years.. kinda lost interest in having fun with it.
