Nope. They require each question to have a unique answer.
Then just add a number to each of them. Or if they might be not always be in the same order, add a word from the question to the password.

This is one of those features where you wonder why it hasn't been in there since day-one; after all, Safari can already remember passwords using the keychain, and OS X/keychain has had a usable (if not great) password generator UI for some time now.

However, unless other browsers follow suit and make better use of the keychain, then I don't see myself switching from 1Password personally.
For me it is the other way around, the OS keychain works with Camino whereas 1Password does not. And I rather switch to Safari then to that ugly thing called Firefox which constantly nags me about plugins, add-ons and whatnot.

I really am not liking the way Apple has "upgraded" the password thing for my apple account. It used to be just a password. Now if someone answers five questions about me that can probably easily be phished through casual conversation (what school did you go to?) they defeat my password.

My only alternative is to use false answers for those questions. Which means I need to keep track of my answers, which means I need something like 1password and if the password for that gets cracked, the keys to the kingdom are truly compromised.

Alternatively, if I lose that database, I'm pretty screwed.

The previous method only required them to answer one question about you, so I'm not really sure what the dilemma is.
