Apple menu messed up - only shows "About This Mac" and "App Store"

Just ran into the oddest issue - on my MBP the Apple Menu is missing a lot of optinos. I've tried booting into Safe Mode, but that didn't fix the issue. Other users on the same machine don't have this issue, however.

Has anyone else run into this before? I've never seen this before, so I'm guessing it's a macOS 27 issue.

Found the culprit - if you use this hack to remove "Ask Siri" from the contextual menu, it messes up the Apple Menu at the same time.
