How is someone doing a clear Nazi salute on national television "debunked," exactly?
Funny thing is he's done a "heart goes out to you" gesture on stage many times before, and it looks nothing like the Nazi salute he did last week.

No but community notes is a better solution than some already biased 3rd party fact checkers that were hired. You full well know as I do that the 3rd party fact checking was a basis for censorship. And Meta, to their credit, dumped them too. But it seems coincidental that people are warming back up to X once Zuckerberg announced that 3rd party fact checking on Facebook was nixed.

Yes when the platform uses it as an instrument to shadow ban or remove posts with countervailing opinions. At least with Community Notes, the platform itself isn't engaging in shadowbanning or removing posts.

Trump has promised to start threatening Tariffs as retaliation for other countries suing American businesses for breaching local laws, given Apple is in the news quite often for legal battles around the globe, Tim probably sees this as a potential way to get on the current administration's good side considering Musk never seems to leave Trumps ear.
The ADL has its opinion, which is contradicted by clear video evidence as well as plenty of differing opinions. I don't think they're lying, but I do think the group has clear ulterior motives and every reason to suck up to Trump, so I take its opinion with a pretty big grain of salt.
And I don't disagree at all that many words have been overused. But racism, homophobia, transphobia, antisemitism, etc. absolutely do exist and are absolutely exploding on X, with the explicit endorsement of Elon. He has responded positively to multiple posts from explicit white nationalists and antisemites (like they literally say in their bios that they are).
