Apple mighty mouse blinks twice and pauses then repeats constantly and not recognised

Hmmmm
This is annoying.

Mine started blinking twice underneath green and not being recognized by my iMac 24", 4GB etc

So I just bought a second hand one from ebay, and it does exactly the same thing 🙁

Any thoughts?
I have checked the top of the screen and bluetooth is switched on
I went down to mighty mouse, and selected connect and nothing happens

I have searched forums everywhere and can't find an answer, so hopefully someone has one??

Well, silly me.
I finally found on a forum somewhere, to uninstall the mouse and reinstall it and sure enough, it refound and repaired it.

For anyone with a similar situation, thought I'd share that
