Apple mouse doesn't work well with a PC. No horizontal scrolling!

Does anyone know how to get the horizontal scrolling to work for an Apple mighty mouse on a windows PC? I lose that feature. I know how to make the buttons works, via the XMouse program. I have heard that burning the Mac drivers for PCs to a CD or DVD and using them as the drivers for the HID compliant mouse but I don't know how to do that either. Any help is appreciated!
