Apple Mouse Right Click - Help Please

Hi

How do you right click on a apple mouse ? I've tried going into the mouse setting in system preferences but all that shows up is Tracking Speed and Double Click speed, nothing about right clicking/secondary clicking

System Preferences/Mouse is the right place to set right click. See screen print ( this is El Capitan. OS X 10.11.5 )
