Apple Music - Adding Albums to your Library

I've noticed that in iTunes, you can't add an album from Apple Music to your library anymore. Individual tunes can be added to a playlist. Is this a change in 10.12 or just cause it's a beta? ...there was rumour that Apple Music was gonna stream music only...

I still see the option to add to my library in 10.12. It's a big blue button with a + sign that says "Add".
