I'm trying to add my brother to my Apple Music/ Family Sharing plan. He has an Android phone and has always had one. We tried in the past, he downloaded the Apple Music App, clicked the approval button in the email, but ended up having his debit card charged for the subscription.
He was going on vacation and wanted to try again, so I sent him another invite. The picture is the notice he was given. He texted me saying he signed up again, but it didn't go through as family plan. On my side, it's showing Declined.
It worked great for my mom (iPhone) and went through alright for my dad (Android).
Any suggestions on this? He's on vacation in another state so I won't have the phone near me to do anything but I can text back and forth.
