Apple Music and iTunes Match

I'm currently subscribed to Apple Music and iTunes Match. My iTunes Match subscription is due for renewal on December 15th and I've canceled that renewal as I fail to see the benefits if I also subscribe to Apple Music or am i missing something.

I believe with Apple Music I can still get access to all my own music and playlists wherever I am, the only difference being I could not download my music to another computer. Am I right?
