I recently resubbed into Apple Music and I 'm wondering how exactly ATV4 will interface with my music library. It seems if I want to see both my Apple Music selections and my Matched library I still need to do that under Computer and Music, there is no way to see what I picked in Apple music and Match tunes any other way, I say this because the apple music selections have a lot better UI than whats available under the Computer options, any hint this is changing ?

Apple music will work based on your apple id that you use to sign on to your Apple TV.
your music will all be there if you have the option enabled to upload to the cloud.
personally I wish you could customize which devices your music shows up on. For instance I want to be able to use my apple music account on my AT4 but I don't want my music showing up there.

what circimstances would that be ?
I can't imagine a situation having access to your Apple music account, but not accessing it on that device... for whatever reason. Apart from not showing others. in which case may just as well log into the correct device u want to display on. Its kinda mixing it in with the whole 'Home sharing' idea (eg log in to one computer, but display on another) which makes sense since that's what its meant for.
