I JUST PICKED UP A NEW Mac4 AND ARE HAVING ALL SORTS OF ISSUES. ONE OF THE MAIN ONES IS TRYING TO ACTIVELY USE Apple MUSIC AND MOVIES OR TV SHOWS FROM APPLE THEMSELVES. I GET A VERY BIZARRE Message AND I'M NOT UNDERSTANDABLE This MESSAGE. And THAT I SPENT OVER TWO HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH APPLE ABOUT AND THEY HAVE NOT GOTTEN BACK IN TOUCH WITH ME REGARDING IT.

I am the only user of this new computer I don't have anyone that shares it with me I don't have another account. Get the message says something completely not understandable it's attached below for you to look at in case you happen to have it happened to yourself

For a new computer that I just bought I feel restricted and I'm really tempted to return it and for the first time in over 20 years consider going to windows.

The Apple supervisor I talked to told me he had never seen this error message before, and he is a top supervisor!

I'm guessing that this mac has been set up by the previous owner, and not erased properly. You can do it and set it up again, with your apple ID only, but you need the login name and password of the previous owner to do this. First thing you can do is to check systemsettings/accounts, and see what other user accounts is present on the mac.

Here is apple support on how to erase a mac, like before selling it:

There are much apple assistants around posing as 'experts', but they are only shop assistants.
