Does it support hi-res as well?

My personal preference is still to listen to Apple Music Classical with the Classical app on an Android based streamer at home. I recently upgraded to Eversolo streamer and it works quite well as a hi-res source to my stereo setup and with a headphone amp as well.

Since iTunes High Sierra working great with huge libraries and playlists and then upgrading to Catalina the “new” Music app it has been a hot mess and has constantly crashed and not saving settings and spinning beach balls.
Now years later on Sequoia no updates to the core app, still dated 2024 still crashing. This is what they think about users having their libraries locally. o_O

This is great news. Hope an app will follow. My big Apple Classical wishlist remains the ability to separate my classical music from Apple Music, so that my Apple Music "favorites" playlists do not jump from pop songs to movements from classical pieces.

Glad to see it available on the web. Wonder why it took such a long time. Should have been available along with the app. Also see no reason for Apple to not release a Mac app. That might take some more time.

Annnnd the app is still not available in Türkiye though web version works 😕
