Apple Music Connect error-12667

Whenever I try to play any music from the connect tab I get the following error (I'm in Canada at the moment)

When my friend and I have tried it via a U.S. network it does play, does anyone know if connect is US only or what else the cause could be?

You're not alone, I've got the same problem in the U.K and I've seen a thread on Apple Support with others from different parts of the world experiencing it too.

Has anyone found a solution to this? There's suggestions that it's an ISP issue.
