Apple Music / Connect profile settings

Hello,

since iOS 12 (or maybe earlier) I can’t change the avatar in Apple Music / Connect profile that annoying me 😵 Now it’s only possible to edit a User name. Older versions of iTunes (I tried on a PC) with that feature can’t get me login and says that I need update an iTunes to login... I know that is a cosmetic issue, but any help would be appreciated. Any ideas?

A year passed and this issue is still here on an iOS 13. An avatar appears sometimes and sometimes aren’t.

Any ideas?
