My daughter's friend put iOS 10 on her SE. She was having problems with it so I downgraded back to 9.3.2 for her. Now when she tries playing music on Apple Music the app crashes. I tried logging out from Apple Music and soft reset the phone to no avail. I also did a iCloud backup after downgrading to 9.3.2 and tried restoring the phone and still the same thing. Any help is appreciated.

Hello. My method is:
Download third party apps like iExplorer.
Then use this app to browse your iPhone.
Find a folder called "iTunes_Control" under "media".
Delete everything inside the folder but not folder itself.
Reboot the device.
After that you can download your music from Apple Music again.
