This afternoon, I went into Apple Music to find that a playlist of over 100 songs, all downloaded onto my iPhone, were deleted from my iPhone. Has anyone else experienced this bug?

Not saying this is the issue but something similar happened to me. Whenever you find a song you like and hit the + sign to add it to your library it asks about turning on Cloud Music. When I turned on Cloud Music before it deleted all of my music except for the ones I added through Apple Music. Could that be what happened? If not I had heard of this happening a month or so ago and it was just a glitch within the software unfortunately.

You can use Apple Music without using the Icloud Music Library. If you use Icloud Music Library it will mess up your whole library. The only need to use Icloud Music Library is if you want to save a song from Apple Music to your own library.

If I disable iCML, my Apple Music library disappears.

I am not using Apple Music at all, but I have a weird bug with the music app. It keeps deleting the exact same 6 songs from the same album after a sync with iTunes after a couple of days. In theory I have 1211 songs synced to my iPhone but after a few days, only 1205 and it's always the same 6 songs which are removed.
