Running ios 15.1 on 13 pro max. Checking my iPhone storage and Music has 1.45gb in documents & data. Before you could disable/enable the iCloud music switch to clear this. Now there’s no way to clear out the cache. And yes I have Zero downloaded. Is there any advice on how to clear this?

There are 2.6 GB of documents & data under my device storage for Music, and I don’t have a single song downloaded to my device. Curious as to what this all is.

Most likely streamed music. Before you could turn off/on Apple music from the app which eliminated this cache.

Seems this is album art stored and not being deleted. If you download iMazing you can remove the folders under Media->iTunes
