Hello,

I am wanting to set-up a family sharing account so my kids and I can share Apple Music and save a few bucks.

However, they both have iTunes store credit balances and also receive iTunes gift cards frequently. From the way I read Apple's directions to set-up family sharing, it appears I will have to agree to have my iTunes store credit balance and/or Credit Card used for their purchases.

So question is: Can you have family accounts but with individual members who have their own iTunes store credit? If so, how on earth do I do this?

And sorry if this has been answered. I googled many different phrases trying to find info on this and came up empty.

The family organizer's iTunes gift card balance or credit card will be charged for the price of the family Apple Music plan each month. Other members of the family can use their credit to buy other items on iTunes.
