TL;DR - Terrible business decision.
This. But not for the reason you listed.

These are free services supported by Apple to make their platform unique. Apple Music is a pay subscription service for $120 a year.

I think it's less about platform uniqueness and more about IP licensing. If Apple made FaceTime and iMessage cross platform they would most likely have to pay a hefty fee to VirnetX. From a business standpoint, that's a terrible option with little benefit. After these two new trials are completed, they will most likely be paying VirnetX anyway, but not sure if they want to license the IP just to get some features on Android.

Unlike some other users in this forum, I am a true stream hater. Having to wait and torture myself with endless buffering on YouTube even with 360p quality sometimes is absolutely nowhere near good experience.
Agreed especially when certain carriers have their inconvenient weak areas in every state/territory. However I got Sprint with surprisingly mastered streaming, uploading, and all things cloud around my city. It just fails at making calls

The day iMessage comes to Android, is the day I make an iPhone-only messaging App.

Then what?

Tim Cook doesn't hate people like you, people like you cost too much in advertising dollars to be "educated".

If you tried Apple Music, you would never go back to that.

Right ...... If you try Apple Music , you will never go back...... I'll have what your having ;)

Then this is a hilarious ISP, which as name suggests, an INTERNET service provider, not a phone service provider. ;)
