They‘ve also separated Albums and Singles/EPs, added „Essential Album“ and „Appears On“ sections and the newest release is on top of the artist‘s page including the release date. Very happy, those are small changes but huge improvements!

Yet another way to push over-commercialized and pop music
Same as with Apple's incessant focus on "curation"; IE them and music corporations trying to dictate to me what they think I should be listening to.

Despite my irritations with the app, I'd rather have Spotify's algorithmic suggestions every day of the week, which has led me to discover SO MUCH awesome music over the past few years that I never would have found on my own.

There’s something bigger to this. Apple lost its top charts for most (all?) countries other than the US. In Canada, if you ask Siri to play the top song in 1985, she’ll respond that “Sorry, I don’t know the historical music charts for your country”. This of course wasn’t always the case. When Apple Music launched, music knowledge was one of the flagship features.

Apple must’ve come up against a negotiations impasse with Billboard or whoever manages historical music charts and like Google Maps, preferred to lose the feature while they built their own.

This what I wanted. But it is kind of useless for me. Cause even though I can see the top 100 songs. It’s not in a playlist format which I want. This just shows the songs. But you have to download them individually.

This is live now and is definitely in a playlist format. Take another look!

Found it, thanks! Although this isn’t exactly what I thought it would be. I thought it would be like a top 100 billboards songs type thing. Instead it only shows a couple of artists. And says this is the most popular songs. I was looking more like a billboards top playlist updated weekly.

It‘s the Top 100 Apple Music charts of the countries, not the official charts.

Do you know an App that does that for free? All I could find were paid when I was looking for it.
No I paid for something called songshift. And it works pretty well for me. I think they have a free version. But I went ahead and paid for the pro version.

Under Artist now Albums, Compilations, Essentials and etc. are finally separated to easily find things but still a lot of Albums that is on Apple Music does not appear under Artist profile. There a lot mix sets for electronic music also the artist on that compilation.

Being in the US, I guess it will be refreshing to see other countries Top 100 lists not full of RAP and HIP HOP.
You'll be very disappointed. The top 100's are very similar in all the different countries. People listen to the same crap everywhere.

I'm just waiting for them to fix album management in my library. Album management is a mess and as someone who creates and adds my own playlists I find it annoying that every time I add a playlist it also adds the corresponding album for each track so I end up with lots of 1 or 2 track albums spamming my library.

Probably the one thing that keeps me on Spotify
