Please create a great Mac app! That could maybe make me switch from Spotify. Right now the Mac app is impossible to navigate. It doesn’t even have a back button.

if you signed up for Apple Music subscription when it first came out in June 2015, by next month you’ll have spent about $1,236? That’s probably over $100 albums that you could have owned forever, or over about 1,000 songs?

And if you shop for used CDs at a few dollars a pop, you could have hundreds of CDs with that $1236.

not charging additionally for lossless & hi res lossless is this software's only saving grace. it's otherwise quite bad compared to spotify.

Just make the iTunes app not feel like malware. God, I hate this overly aggressive POS app that comes on whenever it wants, and I can't swipe it away any which way I try to make it disappear.

Good to know about the changes within Apple. However don't think anything will change/happen on the Apple Music app.

To me it feels mostly like they wanted escape goats for the executive failings at the top with “Apple Intelligence”

It was Tim and the other top leadership execs who are responsible for the “Apple Intelligence” fiasco. Apple marketing at its worst. Marketing execs and Tim are the ones who should be dragged through the mud.

I feel bad for John Giannandrea who was publically dragged through the mud for it. Even German was fanning the flames weeks ahead of the public tar and feathering.

Dear Apple Music leadership please make the macOS app level with the iOS app in terms of sample rate switching w/ external DAC devices. iOS Music app does this seamlessly, please get macOS to behave properly. Until then there's a currently broken hack https://github.com/vincentneo/LosslessSwitcher
