Apple music in stage manager?

Recently, I turned on Stage Manager (I’m not sure if it’s really helpful in any way). Am I missing something, now how do I drag a tone to my iPhone in Apple Music as shown in the attached photo? I just did it but I had to turn off Stage Manager!?
