Bugs in the iOS app, bugs in the OS X app, bugs in the support chat system, redundancies in the support process. "my music" content has vanished this time it occurred a couple days ago. Has anyone found a resolution to my music being vanished from iTunes? Do I need to turn on iCloud library in Prefs?
Ok turning on iCloud library solved problem not sure how to delete my thread but I thought I would share my experience because apple support was utterly useless.
