Apple Music: Is there a way to "heart" a song when it isn't playing?

So the one thing I liked about Pandora is that I could swipe back several songs to what had just played and rate it. I didn't have to do it when it was playing. But I have yet to figure out a way to "heart" a song on Apple Music unless that song is playing. The songs don't have the "..." by them, just the albums.

Anyone know how? Thanks!
