Apple Music is using WAV files?

    That's just what the DJ has it named in their library, not the actual format being distributed.

    Just an add-on on the name for some reason.
    But Apple Music uses protected AAC files which file extension is .m4p

    It is said that Apple receives lossless audio from the labels but distributes them in 256AAC.
    So this is probably a leftover suffix after encoding.

    That's what I thought because I knew Apple was all about AAC...

    I noticed this today. There was an interview with a new female British artist and the interview segment titles all ended in .wav.
