Apple Music keeps pausing on Android

Whenever I switch to another app, the music always stops. It won:t play in the background. I've never had this problem with Spotify... Is anyone else facing this problem?
 
Slightly different, I tried listening while using nike running, the music always stop after one song.

I think it was fixed by killing the app and relaunch it.
