Apple Music - Lyrics US Only?

For this beta are the lyrics for song in Apple Music limited to the US only for now?

I cannot seem to get any songs to display their lyrics when swiping up - UK subscription.

Really? Ah well that would explain it then. I thought it was live, based on some of the videos out there.

It's there for some. You just need to find a song that has them! Not even some of most popular songs have them at the minute.

Ah, okay. They failed to load. I'm pretty sure I've seen them work somewhere. Who knows, if we see beta 2, we might see some songs have the support.

Lyrics are available on select tracks and I would guess more will be added all the time. It is probably also up to the artist/copyright holder to approve and supply.

Yeah it will all be down to the copyright on each track. I wondered at 1st if it would be a USA feature 1st and the roll out. Interesting though is the track SMIDG3T gave the example of - I see the same, with the error. The one you just used as an example does not even have the option for lyrics.
Proving the different copyright agreements, us being in the UK and you in the USA.

I have found lyrics on songs that later, when showing someone how it works, were not there. Its very hit and miss at the moment finding the lyrics link.

For songs you manually add to iTunes, it will show up as usual.
For purchased songs, nope. No pre-embedded lyrics whatsoever.

Strange. For some songs the new Apple Music app loads the lyrics automatically. But for some - shows an error - failed to load lyrics
