Apple Music Missing Playlist Artwork

Ok, so who's the imbecile at Apple who decided that completely removing album artwork from playlists and replacing them with generic garbage was a good idea and why hasn't that moron been fired? This is so infuriating and so far there's nothing on how to fix it.

I'm not seeing this issue on my iPhone 13 running iOS 17.2. Have you tried removing Music and trying again?
