If you can help me with this, I'll be your best friend.

I recently switched back to Apple Music.

Everything is great except......

I download an album over my home Wifi to listen to offline when I don't want to use data outside the house.

Next day.....no problem. I can play it offline.

That night.....I'll go online to Apple Music and listen over Wifi.

Following day.......can no longer play my downloaded music. It stops after about 5 seconds.

Every time. I've tried this about 3 times. Cannot find the solution. Is there one? My only guess is Apple is forcing my music which I downloaded to my iPhone into iCloud the instant I go back online into Apple Music. So next time it can't play the songs because it can't connect to iCloud while Apple Music is offline.

SOOO annoying. Amazon Music HD doesn't have this problem.

Don't make me go back.

PS--I also hit the Poll button by mistake and it won't let me undo that so........

You’re not alone. All of my downloaded music stops playing when I’m out hiking, and the only way to get it to resume is to reconnect to WiFi, which is impossible while I’m out. One of several reasons why AM will not be my choice over Spotify.
