Apple Music on Mac, "Add to library" from Watch?

I listen on Apple Music on my Mac, and would like to have a "add to library" on my Watch? Is that possible?
I can do it while listening on my iPhone, but when the music is played on the Mac, I seem to only access it through the remote app, which doesn't have the "add to library" button.

No. You can do on the phone because the watch is linked to iPhone. You also can't do it for iPad.
