So after installing Tahoe, my Apple Music is more broken than ever. I have a library of matched songs. All run through ivolume which was working perfectly. Now soundcheck doesn't work at all. Even more frustrating is if I delete a song from my library, it still keeps playing. I mean the song is even't in my library anymore but it still plays. Usually if you delete a song, the playback stops right? So where is Apple Music now playing from? My local downloads or via streaming?

Update: I deleted a matched song and added it via Apple Music. Downloaded it to my local machine and it seems soundcheck works on that ONE song. It doesn't change volume when you uncheck/check soundcheck but it does apply some levelling when you play the song again. The same doesn't happen for my matched songs.

I swear I am glad it is not me too, I bought a new 14" MBP M4Max in September with 36/1TB and it is the worst MBP I have ever owned, Music is so bad I am going back to moving my entire Library on my 2017 MBP 13.3".

I moved my library which is huge over to the new one, and there are so many things that do not work, it is breaking up my Albums, Wrong Album art, just a complete and utter mess. Has anyone been able to find a fix? I might sell this MBP and go back to using my old one, also SMS crashes a lot, and I am in IT, so I have not found any work arounds or fixes for this, but a friend of mine who bought a new Mac says he doesn't like it either, very Wonky at best.....
