can anyone help with this issue. I can only use or even show the option for play next or add to up next on iOS 10 when I'm on wifi. When I switch over to LTE it's gone. Not even an option??

Apple Music is terrible on a spotty connection. I find songs skip and stop midway all the time. Play Music buffers at least five songs ahead as I even listened to the rest of a album with little or no connection.
The only solution on AM would be to download the album ahead of time on Wifi which is what I do now before going out. I would keep Play Music but I hate the idea of paying for two services.
