Apple Music Playlists aren't syncing between OS X & iOS?!

This is so frustrating. Has anybody managed to fix playlist synchronization between OS X and iOS?! Syncing is fine between iOS devices but when it comes down to Mac, the playlist will either duplicate, reset and delete itself!!!!!!

Yes, works fine for me. Is iCloud Music Library enabled on all your devices (including the Mac)?
