Apple Music playlists disappearing...

Hello all, any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I will create a playlist on my iPhone 6 in the Music app, add a few Apple Music tracks but a few days later, my playlist will disappear from my list on my phone. Any thoughts as to why this occurs?

happening to me as well....really really frustrating, especially as my 3 playlists that have vanished had over 1000 tracks between them

Wow, I'm sure you spent some hours putting those playlists together. I wonder if it has anything to with Family Sharing.
