Apple Music - query

I have Apple Music set up as family sharing (my wife being the sharer). Everyone and then when I go to "recently added" there are tunes there the I have not added and neither has my wife! For example, I added David Bowie greatest hits this morning (RIP) and when I went into recently added a couple of hours later a Cat Stevens' song was there too having been added after the Bowie album.

Is this a glitch?! Anyone else noticed this?

If there was a Cat Stevens song on the Bowie Album, I think AM will recognize that as a separate song. Maybe how AM tracks the artists to get paid.
